Which payment methods does ALEXCIOUS accept?
Please pay using either a credit card or a PayPal account.
ALEXCIOUS uses the internationally trusted PayPal online payment system. Using this service you can pay with one of a number of credit cards (eg. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, JCB, ...), without necessarily becoming a PayPal member.
Your payment is securely processed on the PayPal system and ALEXCIOUS never directly handles your financial information.
What is the regular purchases?
It is the useful purchase method which carries out sending of the goods which you always use, such as daily necessaries and consumables, periodically.
Moreover, since you can specify an interval from one month to six months, it can match to customer needs.
Since we send it by one order regularly from the next time, there is also no worry of forgetting to buy it, and it's safe.

Which countries does ALEXCIOUS ship to?

EMS has both an insurance system and a tracking system. How and when is the currency exchange rate calculated?
The exchange rate is calculated in your local currency at the moment of purchase.

How can I confirm that you have received my order?
After making a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.
How can I track my order?
Shortly after shipping your item(s) we will forward you its/their Tracking Code and a link to the shipping company website, enabling you to check the status of your order.
How soon can I get my order?
Though most items are delivered within a few days of shipment, please allow up to 21 days. For made-to-order, larger, or multiple items, we will let you know on a case by case basis.
