ALEXCIOUS SHIPPING
Upon receipt of your order, the creators send your purchase(s) to ALEXCIOUS. We carefully pack it/them, then ship them from Japan to your chosen destination worldwide. Though it usually takes between 3 and 9 days from the moment you place your order, to taking delivery of your purchase(s), please allow 21 days.
We will inform you of the status of your order by e-mail at the following times:
- Upon acceptance of your order
- Upon shipment from Japan (including EMS tracking number)
Remarks
- Some products are made-to-order and therefore take time to manufacture. You will find a "Kindly Note:" section on individual product pages, where this is the case, possibly asking you to allow more than 21 days for delivery.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the country of destination.
- EMS delivery usually takes between 2 and 7 days. You can check the estimated number of days at the EMS Delivery Days Page.
METHOD
We use the international postal Express Mail Service (EMS) via the Japan Post Service.
EMS is a top speed international mail service that delivers to over 120 countries and territories worldwide. EMS has both an insurance system and a tracking system. You can track your parcel on the EMS website using the tracking number that we will inform you of at the time of shipment.
FEES
Shipping fees vary depending on the order, the country of destination and the total shipping weight. You can check the shipping fees on the order confirmation page before checkout.
To check how much shipping fees are going to be, please add a product to your shopping cart and proceed with your order till the confirmation page.
Remarks
Shipping fees are usually based on EMS prices. You can get a rough estimate at the EMS Rate Page based on the total weight of the product and its packaging. Please note, however, that the product weights quoted in the product pages do not include the weight of packaging
TAXES AND DUTIES
There may be cases where tariffs, import duties or other taxes or customs fees, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Tariffs, etc.") may be imposed depending on the country to which the shipment is made. The recipient of the product(s) will be responsible for the payment of any Tariffs, etc.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Upon request from the customer, the return or exchange of a product will be accepted where any defect (i.e. malfunction or damage, etc. which existed from the beginning or which occurred during shipment) is discovered as long as the product is returned to us (at our cost) within 10 days of the date of its arrival at the shipping address provided.
In cases where a product is returned due to any reason attributable to the customer, return of said product will be accepted only if it is unopened and unused, and is returned (at the customer's expense) within 10 days of the date of its arrival at the shipping address provided. When a product is returned, the amount which the customer paid to us will be refunded (Shipping fees will be deducted in cases where the product is returned for any reason attributable to the customer), but no interest will accrue with respect to the amount to be refunded by us.
