About "Hidariuma"
"Hidariuma" is a talisman with the prayer "may your good fortune continue." According to tradition, "If you mount a horse from the right, you're sure to stumble; if you mount from the left, you'll get on safely." This is why "hidariuma (left horse)" is said to be a talisman that wards off ill health and invites good fortune and a long, safe, and healthy life. Includes a talisman and calligraphy of the characters "hidariuma."
The "hidariuma" talisman includes a prayer by the chief priest of Kyoto's Daitoku-ji temple written in calligraphy
The lower part of the character "uma (horse)" is drawn in the shape of a purse with a narrow opening; since money cannot fall out, this is a time-honored symbol of wealth. Carry this in your wallet.
