This Stew Pot is best suited to cook stew or curry that require slow cooking. Its excellent heat resistance and thermal insulation also make it suitable for daily cooking such as soup, as well as stew.

Due to the high thermal efficiency, medium or low heat is enough for cooking when you use gas. Boiled or stewed dishes are something of a specialty as the flavor soaks into ingredients well with residual heat, making them more delicious and steamy hot. While it's slowly cooked, you can start cooking the next one, which saves your time.

Moreover, it is easy to maintain, as every part of it is rounded to eliminate any place where stains are likely to accumulate and thus is hard to wash.

It is suitable for gas, ceramic, halogen hobs, sheathed heaters, microwave and conventional ovens. It can be used on induction cooktops with the Carbon Plate Set for Induction Cooktops 18 (sold separately) placed between them.
